Constructed In The Trenches ships to most countries worldwide. Orders are shipped via UPS. UPS only accepts shipments to a valid street address, No P.O Boxes. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes. Which are not included in your cost for your order, nor will they be covered by Constructed In The Trenches.

Our normal processing time is (Monday - Friday). Business days do not include weekends and federal holidays.Please note, US holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Additional federal holiday closures may also apply.

After processing is completed you will receive your tracking number immediately. Your tracking number will update once UPS has the package and is processed through their system. Once the order has been shipped, delivery time in the United States is 3-7 days.

Be sure to provide the accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any delays or errors. Also correct apartment numbers, buildings, street numbers and abbreviations is key to a smooth delivery.

Sadly, there are instances after an item has been despatched when it disappears or is marked as delivered but you have not yet gotten it. If this is the case, please contact UPS and submit a lost or stolen package claim by calling 887-524-4489 or going online to UPS Claims.
